Whitman Hanson girls soccer

The Whitman Hanson girls soccer team defeated North Quincy 3-2 in a hard fought Patriot League battle. N.  Quincy opened the scoring midway through the first half and Devon Morse tied it up with the first of her three goals on the afternoon. Freshman Casey Corr picked up the assist. Devon Morse scored two more goals in the second half to put Whitman Hanson up 3-1 before N. Quincy scored on a penalty kick with five minutes remaining to account for the 3-2. Marina Kelly and Bridget O’leary picked up the assists on Morse’s second half goals. Lauren Clark made 4 saves in goal. Whitman Hanson is now 4-1 in the league and 5-3 overall.
