Whitman Hanson girls soccer

Olivia Borgen's 3 goals led the Panthers to a hard fought 3-1 win over Plymouth North. Borgen scored her first goal early in the game when she picked up a loose ball and fired a left footed blast past the Plymouth keeper. Plymouth tied it before half time and then Borgen put it away with two in the second half. The defense of Megan Bizier, Makenna Marshall, Emily Leitch and Skylar Jordan was outstanding in front of keeper Ava Patete who made 5 saves for the win. Ava Melia, Nora Manning, Kayla Cassidy and Lauryn Fostello all had strong performances.
