The Whitman Hanson girls soccer team improved to 4-0 with a 1-0 victory over Silver Lake. Both teams battled the wind to a 0-0 tie until the 75th minute when Whitman Hanson was awarded a penalty shot. Senior Alyssa Eaton placed her shot into the corner to give Whitman Hanson the 1-0 victory. Alyssa Eaton, Haley Bukow and Nicole Galewski led the Panther defense in front of goalkeeper Lauren Clark picking up their fourth shutout of the season. Kelsey Gilbert, Lily Higgins, Yasemin Civan, and Devon Howard turned in strong performances.
